Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Publishers that are not magazine publishers
  • Businesses not based in Ontario
  • Companies that are not Canadian-owned and -controlled
  • Affiliated companies seeking more than one application

  • Project-related direct costs
  • Outside service provider fees
  • Project-related travel and conference attendance
  • Hardware or software for digital projects
  • In-kind services

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Ongoing operational costs
  • Expenses incurred before the application was submitted

  • Staff benefits, overhead, occupancy costs, and hospitality
