Eligibility
Who is eligible?
The MRC Haut-Richelieu — FRR – Stream 2 grant is available to businesses including social economy enterprises within the MRC Haut-Richelieu region. It excludes private financial sector companies, financial cooperatives, businesses listed in the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts, and businesses that have previously failed to meet obligations tied to past government financial aid.
Who is not eligible
This grant excludes specific companies and industries based on their status or primary activity to maintain fair competition and effective use of funds.

- Activities that could harm public morals.
