Who is eligible?
The MRC Haut-Richelieu — FRR – Stream 2 grant is available to businesses including social economy enterprises within the MRC Haut-Richelieu region. It excludes private financial sector companies, financial cooperatives, businesses listed in the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts, and businesses that have previously failed to meet obligations tied to past government financial aid.

- Activities protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (religion, politics, defense of rights, etc.).
- Activities that could harm public morals.
