- Wage subsidies for the Youth Summer Employment program, covering up to 50% of wages not exceeding the provincial minimum wage, and up to 100% for not-for-profit organizations.
- Funding for Employment Supports to cover costs related to employment, such as tools and safety certifications.

Eligibility criteria of the Métis Employment Services program
Eligibility for employer participation in Rupertsland Institute programs is based on specific requirements to ensure support for Métis employment.
- The employer must be willing to provide career-related work experience to Métis individuals.
- The employer is required to provide part of the wages and can receive a subsidy of up to 50% from Rupertsland Institute.
- For the Youth Summer Employment program, the employer must employ Métis youth aged 15-30 and offer positions that support returning to school in the fall.
- Not-for-profit organizations participating in the Youth Summer Employment program may receive wage reimbursement up to 100% of the provincial minimum wage.
