Sign up for a free employer account and access post-secondary student talent from a network of 100+ post-secondary schools and hundreds of industry and community partners across Canada.

Financing terms and conditions

  • Employers hiring students can receive up to $7,000 in wage subsidies for eligible positions.

Activities funded

  • Facilitating work-integrated learning experiences for post-secondary students.
  • Providing skill development opportunities through experiential learning projects.
  • Connecting students with job and career opportunities relevant to their field of study.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a post-secondary institution, employer, or industry association seeking to partner with the Outcome Campus Connect network.
  • The organization must be based in Canada and looking to provide or facilitate work-integrated learning or skill development opportunities for Canadian university and college students.
  • The applicant must have the capacity to enable access, recruitment, or engagement of post-secondary students for experiential learning or employability skill experiences.
