- Projects limited to road maintenance only
- Projects on excluded local road levels, where applicable
Eligible expenses
- Direct costs for eligible works
- Incidental costs up to 20% of direct costs
- Non-refundable taxes
- Professional fees, plans, and specifications
- Material, equipment, and machinery costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Work started before the announcement letter date
- Maintenance work only
- Projects on local roads levels 1 and 2, where excluded
- Projects for level 1 and 2 roads under the Support component

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for admissibility and completeness
- The Ministry may request clarifications or additional documents
- Applicants receive an approval or refusal letter
- Approved beneficiaries must sign an engagement when required
- Final payment follows acceptance of the accountability report
Additional information
- A single application per year applies to the Support component.
- Projects must be completed within 12 months after the announcement letter.
- An annual progress report is required by January 31.
- The beneficiary must follow the Ministry’s visibility protocol.
