  • Projects on excluded local road levels, where applicable

  • Direct costs for eligible works
  • Incidental costs up to 20% of direct costs
  • Non-refundable taxes
  • Professional fees, plans, and specifications
  • Material, equipment, and machinery costs

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Work started before the announcement letter date
  • Maintenance work only
  • Projects on local roads levels 1 and 2, where excluded
  • Projects for level 1 and 2 roads under the Support component

  • Applications are reviewed for admissibility and completeness
