  • Two cities and two agglomerations with certain MRC powers

  • Cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants
  • Communities without eligible local roads
  • Non-municipal public bodies not covered by the program

  • Fees for technical or professional services
  • Printing costs for required documents
  • Equipment rental costs
