- MRCs responsible for local roads in unorganized territories

- Municipalities with 100,000 residents or more
- Projects already funded by the Ministère de la Sécurité publique
- Projects focused only on level crossings or rest areas

- Direct costs related to the work
- Incidental costs
- Non-refundable taxes
- Direct costs incurred after the inspection date and before the announcement letter, where allowed

- Works that benefited from funding from a program of aid from the Ministère de la Sécurité publique

How to apply
- Inform the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable as soon as a road restoration intervention is needed.
- Submit the application at any time, within a maximum of twelve months after the unforeseen event.
- Submit the request through the online service (PES).
Processing and Agreement
- The application file must be complete, understandable, and based on accurate data to be analyzed.
- The government may request additional documents related to the works, financing, the contracting process, or government authorizations.
- After the works are completed, the beneficiary must submit the reporting form, progressive statements, invoices, other proof of expenditures, and a municipal resolution confirming completion of the works.
