How to apply

  • Step 1: Report the road issue to the Ministry as soon as restoration is needed.
    • Notify the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable immediately.
  • Step 2: Prepare the application file
    • Complete the application form.
    • Obtain the municipal council resolution.
    • Prepare the inspection sheet, plans, specifications, and site photos.
    • Select the source used to calculate eligible aid.
  • Step 3: Submit through PES
    • File the application online through the PES portal.
    • Submit within 12 months of the unforeseen event.
  • Step 4: Follow up if needed
    • Provide any additional information requested by the Ministry.
    • Use the PES follow-up function to add missing documents if allowed.

  • Applications are reviewed for eligibility and completeness.
