  • Projects already funded by the Ministère de la Sécurité publique
  • Projects focused only on level crossings or rest areas

  • Non-refundable taxes
  • Direct costs incurred after the inspection date and before the announcement letter, where allowed

  • Works that benefited from funding from a program of aid from the Ministère de la Sécurité publique

How to apply

  • Inform the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable as soon as a road restoration intervention is needed.
  • Submit the application at any time, within a maximum of twelve months after the unforeseen event.
  • Submit the request through the online service (PES).

Processing and Agreement

  • The application file must be complete, understandable, and based on accurate data to be analyzed.
  • The government may request additional documents related to the works, financing, the contracting process, or government authorizations.
  • After the works are completed, the beneficiary must submit the reporting form, progressive statements, invoices, other proof of expenditures, and a municipal resolution confirming completion of the works.

  • The beneficiary must comply with the Protocole de visibilité pour les programmes d’aide.
