- Local municipalities, for the intervention planning component
- Indigenous communities without eligible local road networks, for certain components
- Projects on the Ministry’s road network

- Travel, meals, and printing costs
- Professional or technical service contracts
- Equipment and machinery rental
- Non-refundable taxes on eligible expenses

- Road paving of gravel roads, where excluded
- Works on level crossings or roadside rest areas
- General operating and administrative costs

How to apply
