How to apply
- Step 1: Intake form
- Complete the online intake form.
- Connect with a business development manager or sector lead, if assigned.
- Step 2: Full application
- Receive an invitation to complete the full application.
- Submit the application through AccessOCI.
- Obtain BDM or SL endorsement before final submission.
- Step 3: Review process
- Undergo internal review for completeness and eligibility.
- Complete any corrections requested by the program team.
- Undergo external review and final funding decision by the Ministry of Transportation.
- Step 4: Agreement and project delivery
- Sign and return the agreement.
- Complete the project and submit the project completion report.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility
- Eligible projects are externally evaluated and ranked against program priorities
- Recommended projects are sent to the Ministry of Transportation for final funding decision
- Successful applicants receive an agreement to sign before funding is released
- After completion, a project completion report is reviewed before reimbursement is paid
