- An aggregator that submits a project on behalf of its customers.

- Implementation of energy efficiency measures.
- Energy analysis covering energy efficiency and demand response measures.
How to apply
- Use the OSE calculation tool to submit your request.
- For the Medium and Large Businesses component, contact Hydro‑Québec for the Customized Option to check project eligibility.
- Submit the project only after the work has been completed for the Small Businesses component and the Simplified Option of the Medium and Large Businesses component.

- Hydro‑Québec acknowledges receipt of the project and assesses its compliance.
- The applicant may be asked to provide additional information.
- For the Medium and Large Businesses component, the Customized Option requires contacting Hydro‑Québec to check project eligibility.
