- A partner may submit a project on behalf of a customer that has mandated it.
- An aggregator may submit projects on behalf of its customers.

- Send in your project request.
- If the project is eligible, Hydro‑Québec will send you a project proposal form by email.

- If the project is eligible, Hydro‑Québec will send a project proposal form by email.
- You must submit several documents, including a measurement plan, before Hydro‑Québec approves the project.
- Once the project is approved, the work can begin.
- When the work is complete, you must submit the required documents to present the final project to Hydro‑Québec.
- Once the project’s eligibility is confirmed, Hydro‑Québec will send the financial support payment.
