Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • GST.
  • Costs incurred before signing an agreement with Northern Development.
  • Routine repairs, maintenance, and administration costs.
  • Planning, design, engineering, environmental review, and tender preparation costs.
  • Construction equipment purchases, land or building purchase or lease costs, and marketing.
