Eligible expenses
- Acquisition, installation, repair, and replacement of integrated and non-integrated specialized furniture and equipment linked to the mission, including universal accessibility.
- Renovation, redevelopment, reconfiguration, construction, new construction, expansion, reconstruction, and code-compliance work on cultural infrastructure.
- Restoration and preservation work for cultural infrastructure located in a heritage building, including archaeological inventory, supervision, or excavation when applicable.
- Professional and technical fees directly linked to eligible work, including studies, technical audits, architectural or engineering fees, project management, specialist fees, and archaeological advice.
- Identification plaques, durable building certification, temporary storage or relocation of furniture and equipment during work, non-refundable taxes including ecofees, construction permits, and temporary public domain occupation fees except for municipalities.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Expenses incurred before the announcement, except a study, technical audit, or functional and technical program completed within the last 5 years.
- Projects funded under another Ministry program, a cultural development agreement, or programs administered by the Conseil du patrimoine religieux du Québec.
- Costs related to contracts whose applicable call-for-tender rules were not respected.
- Operating, recurring maintenance, financing, refundable-tax, donation or in-kind, and insurance-covered costs, as well as expenses not directly linked to the project.
- Work carried out by the applicant, its staff, a related person, a related owner, or goods and services from an enterprise listed in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts.

- Add any excavation or archaeological documents, if applicable.
- Step 4: Submit the application
- Review the PDF version of the completed form.
- Accept the declarations and submit the complete application before the deadline.

- The application is reviewed by the Ministry after submission in di@pason.
- Projects are assessed against eligibility, budget availability, and selection criteria.
