Overview

Funding of up to $20,000 supports arts organizations to research, implement, or upgrade operational management systems. Eligible activities include financial systems upgrades, CRM integrations, digital infrastructure improvements, and non-cosmetic website infrastructure upgrades.

Implementing new operational management systems to improve productivity
Upgrading or integrating existing systems (e.g., finance, CRM, ticketing/registration)
