- Artist fees for New Brunswick-based professional artists.
- Coordination costs, including salaries and administrative costs.
- Travel, accommodation, and other related expenses.
- Production and programming costs, including venue and equipment rental, costumes, sets, security, and insurance.
- Marketing costs such as design, media buys, programs, posters, and print or digital advertising.
