  • Overhead charged to employee labour rates
  • Routine testing and maintenance
  • Passport or immigration fees
  • Expenses outside the approved project scope

    • Complete and submit the Intake Form in SmartSimple.

    • Wait for review and invitation to submit a Detailed Proposal, if selected.

  • Applications are first reviewed through an intake process.

  • Shortlisted projects may be invited to submit a Detailed Proposal.
  • Successful applicants must sign an Investment Agreement before funding starts.
