- Component 3: elements supporting the growth or development of the event, elements of innovation, and elements that promote an increase in revenue.
- Component 4: opportunity to generate additional tourism revenue, potential to increase Quebec’s visibility and reach, complete financing package, and financial viability of the project.
- Component 4: potential attractiveness to tourism clientele, origin of the tourism clientele, and potential visibility of the event on the national or international stage.
