How to apply
- Review the program guidelines posted on the funder’s website.
- For Stream 1 and 2, complete the Web form on the Ministry of Tourism’s Aide financière portal.
- For Stream 3, the application submission instructions will be announced in the coming months.
Processing and Agreement
- The Ministry of Tourism analyzes the projects according to an established framework and management rules.
- For Stream 3, applications are received continuously.
- Eligible projects under Stream 3 must take place between May 1, 2026 and March 31, 2029.

- Stream 3 will not receive any applications during the first year of the program (2026-2027).
- Applications for Stream 3 will be received at all times starting in fall 2026, for festivals and events taking place from May 1, 2027.
