Who is eligible?
- OBL, OBNL, cooperatives, municipal entities, recognized Indigenous communities or nations, and any grouping of these entities.
- Festivals and events already supported under Stream 1 or Stream 2.
Who is not eligible
- State-owned companies, ministries and organizations of the Government of Quebec or the Government of Canada.
- Companies listed in the Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA).
- Organizations that failed to meet their obligations when a previous financial assistance was granted during the two years before applying.
- Organizations that do not meet the public’s high expectations of integrity for a recipient of public funds.

How to apply
- Access the Aide financière portal, read the privacy policy, and accept the terms.
- Sign in with your email address and password; two-factor authentication is mandatory.
- If you do not have an account, click Demander un compte, enter your first name, last name, email address and password, and follow the activation email.
- If your organization is not registered, complete the organization registration form and designate the people who will access and approve the file.
- Once in your account, click Remplir une demande d’aide financière; forms are available only during the program’s deposit period.
Processing and Agreement
- The Ministry of Tourism analyzes the projects according to an established framework and management rules.
- For Stream 3, applications are received continuously.
- Eligible projects under Stream 3 must take place between May 1, 2026 and March 31, 2029.
