Application path updated for the closed R&I stream
The Research and Innovation Stream remains closed to applications, but the page now points applicants to the Accelerator and the 2026-2028 initial recipient organizations list as the practical funding path. This changes the application route and narrows the apparent target audience toward eligible not-for-profit organizations working through those networks. The core program description, funding terms, and eligible activity language shown on the page appear unchanged, but the way applicants should proceed has materially shifted.
