Agriconseils is a network of regional organizations in Quebec dedicated to supporting agricultural and agri-food businesses through specialized consulting services. Established as part of the Programme services-conseils 2023–2028, this initiative is a collaboration between the governments of Quebec and Canada under the Canadian Agricultural Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture. Its primary goal is to enhance the adaptability, competitiveness, and sustainability of Quebec’s agricultural sector.​ Mission and Services Agriconseils acts as a centralized hub, connecting producers and artisanal food processors with accredited advisors. These advisors offer expertise in various areas, including:​ Agri-environmental practices Financial and commercial management Organizational and human resources management Local market development Crop and livestock production Infrastructure management Artisanal food processing​ By facilitating access to these services, Agriconseils helps businesses make informed decisions and implement best practices tailored to their specific needs.​ Financial Assistance Through the Programme services-conseils 2023–2028, eligible businesses can receive financial support covering 50% to 75% of consulting service costs, depending on the area of intervention. For instance, agro-environmental projects may receive up to 75% assistance, while technical and management services are typically supported at 50%. Additional bonuses of 15% are available for new-generation agricultural businesses and those with organic certification, potentially increasing support to 65% .​ Maximum financial assistance per applicant over the program's duration is generally capped at $30,000, with an increased limit of $40,000 for eligible new-generation or certified organic enterprises .​ helloDarwin Regional Networks Agriconseils operates through 13 regional networks across Quebec, ensuring localized support that considers the unique characteristics and needs of each area.
