Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first checked for completeness, timeliness, and eligibility.
  • Eligible files are reviewed by a selection committee from the Ministry.
  • A minimum score of 70% is required for recommendation.
  • Applicants are notified by email of the decision.
  • If approved, a funding agreement must be signed before payments begin.

Additional information

  • At least one call for projects is launched each year.
  • Only one project per priority may be selected, unless projects are complementary.
  • The program runs from January 22, 2024 to March 31, 2028, or until funds are exhausted.
