Who is eligible?
- Ontario wineries
- Sole proprietors, corporations, partnerships, and unincorporated associations
- Licensed wineries
- Corporations with controlling interest in affiliated licensed wineries
Who is not eligible
- Non-licensed wineries
- Businesses without VQA wine sales in Ontario
- More than one affiliated licensed winery from the same group in the same funding year

Processing and Agreement
- Agricorp reviews the completed application for eligibility and program compliance.
- Incomplete applications may be found ineligible.
- For later quarterly payments, Agricorp may request an attestation to confirm eligibility has not changed.
- If approved, the applicant becomes a recipient and receives quarterly grant payments.
- Agricorp, OMAFA, or their representatives may audit or investigate eligibility and payments.
