• The applicant must be an existing commercial, agricultural, industrial, institutional, or multi-unit residential building/facility located in Ontario.
• The project must involve purchasing eligible energy-efficient lighting products.
• Eligible products must be purchased through a participating distributor/dealer under the Instant Discounts Program.
• The purchaser must provide the installation address and business name at checkout to receive the point-of-sale discount.

• Commercial businesses
• Agricultural businesses and facilities
• Industrial businesses and facilities
• Institutional organizations and facilities
• Multi-unit residential building owners/operators

Eligible expenses

• Purchase of eligible energy-efficient lighting products (e.g., LED tube replacements, LED fixtures, LED troffers, retrofit kits, downlights, reflector lamps, refrigerated display case LED fixtures).
• Purchase of eligible lighting controls (e.g., occupancy sensors and integrated controls).

• Ontario (existing commercial, agricultural, industrial, institutional and multi-unit residential buildings and facilities).

• Point-of-sale discounts are applied instantly by participating distributors, with no paperwork and no waiting.
• The total discount may vary depending on the participating distributor.
• Qualified product lists may be updated from time to time without notice.
• Discounts are only available through participating distributors.
