- Support and development of essential skills, employability skills, life management skills, and employment readiness.

How to apply
- Step 1: Determine Eligibility
- Verify that your organization meets the program's eligibility criteria, such as being a non-profit, institution, municipal corporation, Inuit organization, or Nunavut-based business.
- Step 2: Identify Labour Market Connection
- Gather evidence of the labour market connection for the training program, including occupational demand and past successes with similar training leading to employment.
- Step 3: Accreditation and Standards
- Ensure that the training is provided by an accredited institution or provider and is recognized as "industry standard" by Nunavut regulatory bodies or employers.
- Step 4: Complete the TLMP Application
- Download and complete the TLMP application form available from Career Development Headquarters.
- Ensure all required sections are filled out accurately, including details about the employer, institution, or training provider, and financial resources.
- Step 5: Submit the Application
- Submit the completed application to the Director of Career Development at Career Development Headquarters.
- Step 6: Await Approval and Sign Agreement
- Upon approval of the application, review the Contribution Agreement outlining the terms and conditions.
- Sign the Contribution Agreement to proceed with the funding.
- Step 7: Implement Training and Document Outcomes
- Deliver the approved training programs as outlined in your application.
- Maintain records of each participant's outcomes, including completion rates and other required data.
- Submit a report on the outcomes to the funding body as per the agreement.
