Financing terms and conditions
- The maximum grant amount per beneficiary under Stream C is the lesser of $20,000 or 75% of the eligible project expenses.
- Beneficiaries must finance the remaining portion of the project costs themselves.
- Funding is provided as a one-time payment following the signing of a letter of announcement from the minister.
- The grant can be combined with financial assistance from other governmental bodies, municipalities, and associated entities, provided that the total funding does not exceed 90% of eligible project expenses.

Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for the external auditor conducting the Veriflora® certification audit.
- Travel expenses for the external auditor, subject to the current public service rates of Quebec.

- Applications are selected on a continuous basis by the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) following a "first come, first served" principle until the program budget is exhausted.
- The MRNF evaluates the eligibility of applications by ensuring compliance with specified relevant elements and inclusion of all required documents as per the normative framework.

- The MRNF reserves the right to demand repayment of the grant if the beneficiary fails to comply with program obligations or provides misleading information.
- All project-related documents must be retained for five years after project completion or until all claims are settled.
