The maximum subsidy per beneficiary is the lesser of $20,000 or 75% of the project's eligible expenses.
The beneficiary is responsible for financing the remainder of the investments.
Each beneficiary can participate only once in this Stream A of the Program.
The subsidy is provided in a single payment following the signing of the ministerial announcement letter.
The total financial aid from all sources must not exceed 90% of the eligible expenses.
Public financial assistance is calculated at 100% of its value, whether refundable or not, when determining the financial aid cumulative rate.

The applicant must have at least one establishment located in Quebec.
Project must involve the completion of the UL ECOLOGO® certification audit for UL 2723 (mining exploration companies) or UL 2724 (service providers in mining exploration).
Project must be realized between January 1, 2022, and January 31, 2026.
Eligible expenses must be necessary, justifiable, and directly attributable to the project, and approved by the MRNF.
Expenses are only eligible from April 1, 2021, if not previously claimed under other related government programs.
