Eligible expenses

  • Project costs covered through the 75% federal contribution, including funds distributed to youth participants for service project costs.
  • Cash or in-kind contributions from the applicant organization or other sources used to meet the 25% leverage requirement.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are screened for eligibility after submission.
  • Eligible applications are assessed against the criteria in the call documents.
  • Not all applications are selected because funding is limited.
  • Approved projects are subject to a funding agreement.
