  • Administrative costs at a flat rate of 15%

  • Creating mailing lists, distribution lists, or membership lists
  • Third-party internal DEI reviews
  • Compiling information already available online
  • Real property, alcohol, fines, penalties, entertainment, and proposal preparation costs
