How to apply
- Step 1: Gather supporting documents
- Complete form EMP5671
- Obtain delegated authority authorization
- Prepare proof of organization status
- Collect letters of support from at least two partners
- Step 2: Choose submission method

- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the complete package through the selected channel

Processing and Agreement
