- Applicants not in good standing or in default with RDAR

- Third-party service providers and technical experts, such as agronomists, veterinarians, professional agrologists, certified crop advisors, and consultants
- Materials and supplies directly required for the project
- Equipment rentals directly required for the project
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Equipment already eligible under other Alberta Agriculture and Irrigation programs, including Farm Technology, Water, Efficient Grain Handling, and Resilient Agricultural Landscape Program
- Beneficial management practices already supported through OFCAF
- GST, PST, and HST

- Costs incurred outside the project term

- Applications are reviewed against the program assessment criteria.
- Proposals are evaluated for alignment, research value, feasibility, adoption potential, and clear budget items.

Additional information
- Receipts, invoices, and proof of payment must be in the applicant's legal entity or organization name.
- RDAR acknowledgment is required on project signs, stickers, posters, publications, and press releases.
- Applicants who previously applied to OFCAF must use a different email/login for PREP.
