Who is eligible?
- Partners, associates, or collaborators.
- An organization may apply as fiduciary for a concerted project and for itself.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for an external consultant, the salary of a resource hired specifically for the project, or additional hours for a part-time employee.
- Material expenses to develop and produce permanent and timeless communication tools.
- Website creation or updates, brand image creation, promotional material that remains the organization's property, and other permanent tools.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Promotion of a one-time or non-recurring activity or event, such as an exhibition or a party.
- Salary of a regular employee.
- Printing promotional leaflets, business cards, or periodic publications.
- Promotional clothing.
- Promotional objects that do not remain the organization's property, such as pens, mugs, or water bottles.
Selection criteria
- Requests may be prioritized or the support may be adjusted depending on the number of requests received and the financial resources available.
How to apply
- Submit the application on one of the four annual deposit dates: 15 March, 15 June, 15 September, or 15 December.
Processing and Agreement
- The application is reviewed within a maximum of 90 days after the submission date and a complete, compliant application.
- A single payment is made after adoption of the resolution by the competent municipal authority.
- Accountability is due no later than 45 days after the end of the project and must include invoices, the original spreadsheet with the financial report and actual expenses completed, and proof that the communication tool was created.
