Who is eligible?
- Partners, associates, or collaborators.
- An organization may apply as the fiduciary of a concerted project and also apply for itself.
Eligible expenses
- Durable material or equipment intended for direct citizen use.
- Clothing, if it remains the organization’s property and can be loaned to citizens from one session or year to the next.
- Protective equipment, if it remains the organization’s property and is loaned to citizens.
- Costumes or accessories for performances, if they can be reused for several years and are useful for more than one production.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Material and equipment not intended for direct use by the clientele, including maintenance equipment, furniture, administrative computer equipment, storage equipment, and transport carts.
- Material and equipment for one-time use and available on loan from the Centrale d’équipements.
- Non-durable material and equipment, including craft supplies, construction and hardware materials, sewing materials, and gardening supplies.
- Delivery and transport costs.
- Professional fees related to equipment installation.
Processing and Agreement
- The application is reviewed within a maximum of 90 days after the deposit date, once a complete and compliant application has been submitted.
- Payment is made in a single instalment after the accountability documents are received and reviewed.
- The accountability report must be submitted no later than 90 days after the date of the municipal resolution authorizing the subsidy and must include the invoices for the purchases made.
