Who is eligible?
- Partners, associates, or collaborators.
- An organization may apply as fiduciary of a concerted project and may also apply for itself.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for an external consultant, salary for a resource hired specifically for the project, or additional hours for a part-time employee.
- Costs related to project logistics, implementation, promotion, and evaluation.
- Purchase of material intended for the clientele and required to deploy the project.
Selection criteria
- When the number of applications received and available financial resources require it, applications may be prioritized or support may be adjusted.
How to apply
- Submit the application on one of the four annual deposit dates: 15 March, 15 June, 15 September, or 15 December.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are received on the program’s deposit dates and processed in batches.
- The eligibility and compliance review is completed first, followed by a full analysis.
- Applications receiving a favorable notice are submitted for approval to the borough council.
- The maximum processing time is 90 days from the deposit date.
- Payment is made annually after adoption of the resolution by the competent municipal authority.
