How to apply

  • Submit the request on one of the four annual deposit dates: 15 mars, 15 juin, 15 septembre, or 15 décembre.
  • Include the application form.
  • If applicable, include support letters from organizations carrying out the activity jointly.
  • Include the resolution of the board of directors.

Processing and Agreement

  • The application is answered within a maximum of 90 days after the deposit date and a complete, compliant application.
  • The support is paid in one installment after adoption of the resolution by the competent municipal authority.
  • A completed activity report form must be submitted no later than 45 days after the activity ends.
