How to apply
- Submit the request on one of the four annual deposit dates: 15 mars, 15 juin, 15 septembre, or 15 décembre.
- Include the application form.
- If applicable, include support letters from organizations carrying out the activity jointly.
- Include the resolution of the board of directors.
Processing and Agreement
- The application is answered within a maximum of 90 days after the deposit date and a complete, compliant application.
- The support is paid in one installment after adoption of the resolution by the competent municipal authority.
- A completed activity report form must be submitted no later than 45 days after the activity ends.
