The Policy Dialogue Program provides funding to support meaningful engagement in the development of policies, guidance, regulations, and legislation related to impact assessment, with eligible activities including drafting recommendations, participating in advisory committees, and engaging in policy workshops.   • The applicant must demonstrate direct interest, expertise, or Indigenous knowledge relevant to the policy topic.
  • Applicants with expertise in policy development, tools, methodologies, or guidance are eligible.

Eligible expenses

  • Reimbursement of eligible expenses incurred during the assessment or engagement initiative with supporting invoices and/or receipts.

How to apply

Identify funding opportunities

  • Ensure availability of funds for the selected opportunity
  • Verify eligibility requirements before proceeding

Prepare application documents

  • Prepare an expression of interest, application, or proposal for the chosen opportunity
  • Use Microsoft Word or PDF formats as specified
  • Refer to posted program guidelines for details and criteria

Submit your application

  • Submit your completed application, expression of interest, or proposal to the Agency
  • Ensure all supporting documents are included

Wait for decision
