How to apply
- Step 1: Register, if required
- Veterinarians must register in PISAQ before eligible services can be claimed.
- Submit the veterinarian registration form to the ministry.
- Step 2: Obtain the veterinary service
- The agricultural operation requests a veterinarian enrolled in the program.
- The veterinarian performs the eligible visit and prepares the veterinary report.
- Step 3: Submit the report
- Send the veterinary report through the veterinary establishment using the FLORA platform.
- Submit by the end of the month following the visit.
- Use the collaboration or third-party mandate forms if applicable.
- Step 4: Receive payment
- The ministry acknowledges receipt of the report.
- If accepted, payment is issued to the veterinary establishment by email notice.

- The veterinarian submits a veterinary report through the veterinary establishment.
- The ministry sends an acknowledgement of receipt when the report is filed.
- If the request is accepted, a payment notice is sent by email within 30 days of the acknowledgement.
- Payments are made to the veterinary establishment linked to the veterinarian’s file.
