  • External professional and technical services.
  • Staff salaries and related employer charges for project work.
  • Travel, accommodation, room and equipment rental costs.
  • Communications, advertising, and information-dissemination costs.
  • Content design and administrative costs within the allowed limit.

  • Expenses not directly related to the project.
  • Expenses incurred before the application date.
  • Building, land, vehicle, and equipment improvement or construction costs.
  • Participant meals, drinks, gifts, and travel costs for attendees.
  • Application preparation fees and non-justified professional fees.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
