Who is not eligible

Crown corporations and businesses controlled by a government or municipal entity; bankrupt or insolvent businesses; businesses that have not fulfilled obligations related to previous public or MRC assistance; businesses listed in or using subcontractors listed in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA); and businesses whose ethical conduct, products or services could undermine the integrity or probity of the Quebec government.
