Who is eligible for the RCM Vallée-Du-Richelieu – Emergency Assistance Program for SMEs – Customs Tariffs program?
To be eligible for the RCM Vallée-Du-Richelieu – Emergency Assistance Program for SMEs – Customs Tariffs program, you must:
SMEs having generated revenue of at least 200 000 $ and at most 2 000 000 $ in the most recently completed fiscal year, with profitability demonstrated for at least one of the last two fiscal years.
SMEs for which at least 25 % of the revenue of 2024 came directly or indirectly from exports to the United States, and whose revenue fell by 20 % compared with 2024, or whose projected revenue could be reduced by at least 20 % as of 2026.
SMEs having submitted, or committing to submit in the 12 months following the assistance, an adaptation action plan and presenting reasonable prospects of medium-term profitability.
