- One-time e-commerce setup fees and incremental monthly platform fees
- Webinar software and touchless payment hardware
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Taxes
- Consulting fees, business plans, and feasibility studies
- Inventory, employee wages, and existing operating costs
- Office furniture, computers, printers, cables, and similar equipment
- Marketing, resale items, pre-COVID subscriptions, general cleaning, capital expenses, and leasehold improvements

- Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis
- Incomplete applications are not processed
- Applicants are notified by email after review, usually within about 45 business days
- All decisions are final
- If approved, applicants must provide banking information and sign the approval letter before payment is issued
