- Step 5: Post-Acceptance and Contractual Obligations
- If accepted, review and finalize the contractual agreement with Musicaction.
- Ensure all communications and promotional materials recognize Musicaction's support according to guidelines.
- Step 6: Completion and Reporting
- Submit a completion report within two months of tour completion, including financial summaries and activity reports.
- Ensure all records and proofs of payment are retained for five years for potential audits.
