Eligible expenses
- Staff salaries and benefits
- Fees for contracted services such as accounting, audit, engineering, and consultation
- Room rentals and other facility costs
- Translation costs
- Travel expenditures, including hotel accommodation, car rental and kilometric rates, other transportation, meals and incidentals

- Costs incurred before the project approval date and after the final claim noted in the funding agreement
- Provincial sales tax and GST, or HST, where the recipient is eligible for a rebate, and any other rebated costs
