Processing and Agreement
- Only complete and eligible applications are considered.
- Successful applicants receive an approval or partial approval letter from OSCIA.
- Eligible costs must be incurred, invoiced, and paid on or after the project start date in the approval letter.
- Costs outside the eligible dates are not reimbursed.

- Applications are accepted only during open intake periods.
- Funding is allocated on a continuous basis while funds remain available.
- Approved applicants must submit claims with supporting invoices and proof of payment.
- Projects may be inspected before claim payment.
