- Event registration and booth or exhibitor fees
- Economy travel, accommodation and per diem costs
- Marketing materials created for the activities
- Ground transportation such as taxis or ride share, when eligible

- Staff and operations costs
- Hospitality and entertainment expenses
- Standard business cards and standard catalogs
- Travel insurance and communications costs
- Costs already covered by another source for the same activity

- Applications are reviewed by Ontario Creates staff.
- Funding decisions are competitive and final.
- Successful applicants must sign an Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement.
