Attend Information Sessions (Optional)
- Register for the information sessions hosted by Ontario Creates by completing the online registration form.
- Attend Webinar #1 on April 11, 2024, from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm ET or Webinar #2 on April 24, 2024, from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm ET, if desired.

Complete the Application Form
- Log into the OAP and locate the Global Market Development Fund - Book program on your dashboard.
- Click on “Start new application” and fill out the application form following the onscreen directions.
- Save and review your application information as you enter it.

Submit Application
- Ensure all application details and documents are complete and accurate.
- Submit the finalized application via the OAP by the deadline of May 1, 2024, 5:00 pm EST.

Confirmation of Submission
- Receive an automated confirmation email with your application reference number upon successful submission.
- Keep this confirmation for your records as proof of submission.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Ontario Creates staff.
- Funding decisions are competitive and final.
- Successful applicants must sign an Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement.
- Funding is released after agreement execution and final reporting.
- Interim, final, and follow-up reports may be required.
