How to apply
- Step 1: Review program documents
- Read the program guidelines and Ontario Creates Program Policies.
- Check the pre-approved activities list and other supporting documents.
- Step 2: Register on the OAP
- Create or confirm your company profile in the Ontario Creates Online Application Portal.
- Make sure corporate information is registered before starting the application.
- Step 3: Complete the application
- Prepare the required application materials in the portal.
- Use the GMD Activity Calculator to estimate eligible costs.
- Step 4: Submit online
- Submit the complete application through the Ontario Creates OAP.
- Applications sent by other methods are not accepted.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed and evaluated by Ontario Creates staff
- Only competitive applications that best meet program requirements are approved
- Decisions are communicated within fourteen weeks of the deadline
- Successful applicants must sign an Ontario Creates agreement before funding is released
- Reports are required during and after the program, including interim, final, and follow-up reports
