Who is eligible?

• For-profit enterprises
• Social economy enterprises

Who is not eligible

• Businesses in the finance and insurance sector
• Businesses in the arts, spectacles and leisure sector
• Businesses in the management of companies and enterprises sector
• Businesses in the accommodation and food services sector
• Businesses in the primary sector: agriculture, forestry, fishing and hunting
• Businesses in mining, quarrying, oil and gas extraction
• Businesses in administrative and support services
• Businesses in real estate and rental and leasing services
• Businesses in personal services
• Businesses in public services
• Businesses in health care and social assistance
• Businesses in education services
• Retail businesses, unless the company meets the three stated criteria

Eligible expenses

• Capitalizable expenses directly related to the realization of the project and aimed at:
• Acquisition of installations for the transit of goods, such as warehouses and intermodal transshipment sites.
• Formation of joint ventures.
• Acquisition of distribution networks.
• Acquisition of a company outside Quebec.
• Opening of a commercial office or subsidiary abroad (outside Quebec).

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• L'acquisition d'usines de production à l'extérieur du Québec n'est pas admissible.
• Les activités des projets d’entreprise doivent référer à de nouveaux projets et non pas à des installations déjà en place à l’étranger.

• Step 1: Check Eligibility
• Ensure your company is a profit-oriented entity or a social economy enterprise.
• Confirm the company is registered in Quebec and operates within the eligible sectors.
• Review project eligibility criteria to ensure your project aligns with the program objectives.
• Step 2: Prepare Application Documents
• Gather necessary financial documents demonstrating the viability of your project.
• Prepare an investment proposal outlining the project, including objectives and expected economic impacts for Quebec.
• Step 3: Complete Financial Projections
• Develop detailed financial projections for your project.
• Include a budget for capital expenditures and other element pertinent to your project.
• Step 4: Submit Application
• Compile all required documentation, including investment proposal and financial projections.
• Submit your application through the designated submission method provided by the funding body before the deadline.
• Step 5: Follow Up
• Contact the program administrators if you have not received confirmation of receipt, using the contact number provided: 1 844 474-6367.

• Des frais d'étude d'au moins 0,5 % du montant de l'aide financière sont exigibles de l'entreprise.
• Un honoraire annuel de garantie d'au moins 0,5 % du montant garanti est requis.
• Le programme est actif jusqu'au 31 mars 2025, mais le traitement des demandes dépend du volume reçu.
• Si la demande ne peut pas être traitée avant le 31 mars 2025, une nouvelle version du programme pourrait s'appliquer.
