Eligible expenses

  • Capitalizable expenses directly related to the realization of the project and aimed at:
  • Acquisition of installations for the transit of goods, such as warehouses and intermodal transshipment sites.
  • Formation of joint ventures.
  • Acquisition of distribution networks.
  • Acquisition of a company outside Quebec.
  • Opening of a commercial office or subsidiary abroad (outside Quebec).

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • L'acquisition d'usines de production à l'extérieur du Québec n'est pas admissible.
  • Les activités des projets d’entreprise doivent référer à de nouveaux projets et non pas à des installations déjà en place à l’étranger.
