- First Nations agricultural operations
- Licensed aquaculture producers
- Federally licensed cannabis producers
- Federally licensed hemp producers

Processing and Agreement
- Requests are screened by IAF for completeness and eligibility.
- Incomplete requests are returned through the Client Portal for correction.
- Approved requests are assigned to an EFP Advisor, usually within 2 to 3 weeks.
- The advisor contacts the applicant to arrange an on-farm visit.
- The request must be active or completed within 4 months, or it may be withdrawn.
