Eligibility

- Applicants must be Canadian citizens or landed immigrants and permanent residents of Quebec.
- Ownership of the business must not exceed 24 months at the time of applying for funding.

- Companies with a sexual, religious, or political character.
- Enterprises involved in controversial activities, such as dating agencies, war games, tarot, numerology, astrology, courses for personal growth, or pawn shops.

- Honoraires professionnels.
- Frais d’expertise et autres frais pour les services de consultants ou spécialistes requis pour réaliser les études.
- Acquisition de technologies (savoir-faire, licence ou accord de fabrication, brevet), logiciels ou progiciels.
- Dépenses en capital telles que terrain, bâtisse, équipement, machinerie, matériel roulant, frais d’incorporation à l’exception des dépenses d’achalandage.
- Besoins de fonds de roulement se rapportant strictement aux opérations de l’entreprise calculés pour la première année d’opération.
- Frais d’inscription, coûts du matériel didactique et autres frais nécessaires pour la participation de l’entrepreneur aux activités de formation approuvées.
