  • Entities associated with persons listed under the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (Sergei Magnitsky Law).
  • Organizations affiliated with entities listed in the Named Research Organizations as per the federal Policy on Sensitive Technology Research and Affiliations of Concern.
