How to apply
- Step 1: Review program materials
- Check the guidelines, FAQ, and scoring sheet.
- Confirm project fit with the program.
- Step 2: Prepare application materials
- Gather the online form, budget, letter of intent, registration document, and Self-ID forms.
- Collect any supporting materials such as matching funds evidence or vendor quotes.
- Step 3: Submit online application
- Complete and submit the application on the Creative BC website.
- Artists may submit one application only.
- Step 4: Complete post-submission forms
- Submit the Self-ID form for each linked person or business.
- Respond to any required follow-up items to complete the application.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Creative BC staff at the end of each month
- Results are sent in writing by email before the end of the following month
- Successful applicants receive an approval letter and funding agreement
- Funding must be accepted with a signed agreement and initial deposit within 30 days
- Final report review is required before the remaining funding is paid
